What are your opening hours?Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm. We are closed on Public Holidays.

When should I drop off my car and pick it up?The earlier you drop off the better. Around 7.00am is best. For late pick-up, contact the office staff to make special arrangements.

Do you provide a Courtesy Loan Car?Yes! We have three late-model Toyota sedans which you can request when making a booking. We provide these free-of-charge for the first 24 hours which is usually all you need, and $20 a day if required longer. We do charge you for fuel usage.

Do you clean, wash and vacuum customers' cars?Vehicles requiring a Regular or Major Service receive a FREE clean, wash and vacuum, as well as vehicles requiring major repair work.

How long does a Regular and Major Service take and how much does it cost?3 hours for Regular and 5 hours for Major Service. Contact our office for cost details.

Do you do Registration Checks?Yes! It takes less than 30 minutes and can be done while you wait.

Do you do Pre-trip Inspections?Yes! If you are planning a drive holiday or outback trip, we highly recommend you bring your vehicle in for a Pre-trip inspection.

Do you do an End of Warranty Inspection?Yes! We highly recommend you have this inspection done to ensure any existing faults are fixed while still under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Can I have my car serviced with Ayers if the car is still under the manufacturer's warranty?YES!! Ayers can absolutely service your car while under the manufacturer’s warranty. Your car will also have the online service history update and all service warning indicators reset as per the Dealership standards, while not affecting your warranty policy in any way, shape or form.

As a Land Rover Specialist workshop, can you also service/repair other vehicle makes and models?YES! Most of our Land Rover customers own more than one vehicle and chose to bring them all to us. As their preferred workshop, they also refer family members who drive other makes and models.
