At Ayers Automotive, we pride ourselves on delivering the best Customer Service to our valued customers!

 

Our purpose is “to create long-term, trusting relationships” with everyone we do business with.

 

How do we do that? Firstly, by making sure our technical team deliver the best technical service, followed by our office staff delivering the best customer service.

 

Meet Carolyn! That lovely lady at the other end of the phone who does our “courtesy follow up calls”.

 

She wants to know not only, were you happy with the recent service/repair work done by us, but more importantly, was there anything you were not happy with?

 

Whatever it is, we are interested and do want to know. That way, we can get you back to fix it as soon as possible.
